Description
The Monster Crane Truck from the Lego Technic series belongs to these few models whose B version I find better than the A version. Whichever model you choose, a crane or an excavator, it looks nothing like the real thing. It doesn’t always have to, but these models are captivating due to their ugliness. Unfortunately, the model also malfunctions: the crane cannot be locked in place, and it turns round its axis far too lightly. When the model’s in motion, the crane turns either right or left. Last but not least, the bricks which represent the headlights, attach themselves very badly (in my model they don’t attach themselves at all) and constantly fall off. I was inclined to name this model as the worst ever, but because of the great fun with assembling the Monster Crane Truck scraped three stars in the overall rating.
